Windermere (on the Lakes) is an unassuming little town . It is the home of many exeutives and celebreties. This reflects home prices which top anything else in Central Florida. New developement with more affordable homes is now underway in the area between downtown Windermere and the Disney area. Windermere has some of the best ski lakes in Central Florida.
